Store is bright and cheerful with lots of fun and unique merchandise to look at and choose from. Staff was friendly and practiced social distancing. Saleman carried the big bag of birdseed to car and thanked us for coming in. It was a very pleasant experience.

They know me and greet me when I walk in the door. Always interested in what birds I'm seeing. Someone is always attentive to helping me find what I need. The faces there have been the same for years. Only store that I frequent where people recognize me.

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It is always a pleasure to talk with the staff. I love the quality of the products and the store always seems to have what I want in stock. Great store, outstanding staff.
