The staff at my latest visit were very friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed really interested in me as a customer and willing to help me resolve a problem with an older feeder from store. This was a 180 change from my prior experience last spring at the store. Thanks for listening to customer feedback and changing to make my shopping experience a good one.
