Staff knowledge is very impressive.

The personal assistance by Lilliana (I think that was the name on her nametag). She shared information about local bird visits, showed me optional bird feeders, and shared locations for excellent viewing in the area.

The staff is great.

The store assistant was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful with advice, pointed out the large 'TV' with live video of many birds eating at a bird feeder, offered to carry my order to the car. All the store assistants are excellent
