Though I wasn't shopping for a new feeder, I saw one I was intrigued by and asked about it. The staff was very helpful in showing me how it worked (and noted that I could see it in action by looking at the wildlife camera playing in the store). When I asked about the price, noting that I wasn't interested in purchasing today, they simply told me and didn't pressure me to buy it—which was much appreciated!

I have recently changed stores as living in Georgetown Guelph is closer than the Etobicoke store and much easier to travel to. The issue I had placing an online order was quickly solved by the staff in the Guelph store

I went for 2 items. Staff looked up my "regular" seed for me as I had forgotten to double check before shopping. I was also interested in the window dots to keep the birds from colliding, but there were no small packs. Staff kindly added my name to the book to call when they are back in stock.
