I have been a regular for about 50 years. Staff are always friendly, know me by name, offer to carry my purchases to the car, etc. etc.

Though I wasn't shopping for a new feeder, I saw one I was intrigued by and asked about it. The staff was very helpful in showing me how it worked (and noted that I could see it in action by looking at the wildlife camera playing in the store). When I asked about the price, noting that I wasn't interested in purchasing today, they simply told me and didn't pressure me to buy it—which was much appreciated!
