I did window shopping, not actually in the store. I had a cheerful employee help me from the sidewalk, look up my past purchases and help me buy what I needed. then they brought it to the car for me. Very helpful. It is nice to not have to order ahead but still get what I need on the spot.

As always, the products we needed were available, home delivery during this pandemic is a plus, and there were no errors.

As usual, everything was clean, tidy, fresh and packaged perfectly. In addition one of the squirrel proof feeders I had purchase was abused by a hungry raccoon and did not work properly. They were kind enough to fix the feeder, at no cost to me or the raccoon, and it is now back in action. Thank you Wild Bird people!

I placed my order on line indicating I would be picking up the merchandise. My boyfriend was in the area, so he decided to do the pickup. The staff remembers this sometimes happens and they always let him pick up my order. That's great customer service.........knowing your customers and their habits shows a true dedication to providing great customer service.
