I shopped by using the walk up window. It was fast and the store had what I needed. I also used a promotional coupon for free birdseed. It’s nice to receive coupons.

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about birds and their customers

Staff is always friendly. Asked me about the birds and recommended a website which has pictures to help identify birds.

The quality of the products is excellent, as is the service. I am looking forward to being able to browse in the store in the not too distant future.

Always a pleasant experience. Wish store wod reopen to customers going in store soon!! Prices a little steep, but like friendliness of staff and product is good. Per competition think a little more expensive.
