Consistently pleasant shopping experience

I got immediate service when I entered the store and as was browsing while Doc attached the bracket to the back of the nesting box I was purchasing, one other employee made sure I was being helped. Doc also explained how to put filament line on the box to try to keep house sparrows out. I always get excellent service at this WBU store, even during the pandemic. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The same friendly, competent service and available products I've come to expect from this store. I think I bought mealworms once online during the pandemic when shipments were irregular and suet cakes once just down the street--otherwise, I cannot remember when I've made bird food purchases anywhere else. I also buy feeders, feeder poles, baffles, jigsaw puzzles and gifts here. I hope this store stays here until my time expires!

The store employee was very receptive to my needs to stay covid safe. I called to rejoin the membership plan and make my bird food purchase. I pulled up to the curb, opened my truck and they immediately loaded my supplies.
