I love my WBU store. The staff are always helpful and they are able to answer any bird questions I may have.

I received the merchandise for my birthday and am very satisfied with the purchase. Only drawback was I will have to wait to use due to the bird flu that is going around.

The staff was knowledgeable. Helped me pick out what I needed. Provided a thumb screw at no charge.

Atmosphere in store very pleasant. Could overhear a fellow customer discuss bird disease and he was extremely helpful in explaining it to the customer!

It was near closing time, but they repaired my bird feeder, sold me a squirrel-proof seed bin and safflower seeds.

So convenient and such high quality! Easy to order as well.

I had a question and as always the staff spoke truthfully about their knowledge. I wanted to know what the latest information is about the songbirds dying. The young lady was very professional in her reponse and encourage me to call anytime as well as follow the advise of other reputable sources. We are glad you made it through the shutdown, hope you will be in business profitably for a long time.
