The staff at WBU is exceptional, going out of their way to help and answer questions. Always courteous, no matter how idiotic the customer can be. (That's me.) WBU products are loved by the birds where I live, and I wouldn't think of buying bird food anywhere else.

Got information about the product we were looking at and finished the purchase very quickly and completely.

Everyone is always very helpful and your products rock (or that's what the birdies tell us).

I am having surgery in early December, so I ordered enough to hopefully get us through my recovery (and the winter). The only issue that I had was that I was out running errands, and my husband was unable to get the seed at the door... Before Gargamel, the chubby Squirrel, chewed through one of the bags and helped himself. I was greeted by a glaring squirrel sitting on our flower pot munching away when I got home. The hole he chewed was toward the top, and the bags are nice and sturdy, so no real issues bringing it in. (Other than an upset squirrel, because I took away his score of a lifetime!)
