The staff is always friendly, helpful, and willing to listen to any of my bird stories. The merchandise is top-quality and displayed tastefully. The only negative comment is that WBU quit making suit plugs.

I came in looking for a specific seed mix to attract certain birds for the video feeder I got my husband for Christmas. Not only did the person helping me know exactly what I needed but he got it, carried it for me, and looked up my membership number for the lower price. And it worked!!! We have beautiful birds coming including the cutest house finches!!

I've been a customer for years and couldn't buy my bird seed anywhere else. Always loved the employees that you have! There's always a welcome when I walk in the door. A new employee that helped me was very nice. Besides the cylinders and the suet, I walked out with quite a few of your pretty cards for friends and family members. I always appreciate the sales that you have periodically! Thank you for all that you do!
