Staff is always friendly and knows exactly what to provide when asking questions. Large amount of bird seed available. Do wish there was more hot pepper items, but overall very happy.

Good merchandise, always ready. I don' have to do anything but call and pay.

The staff here is just wonderful. I enjoy every interaction and appreciate their knowledge and willingness to help. The store is well stocked and clean and it’s so easy to get what I need. I was a little shocked by price but I understand that’s just the way of the world today!

Staff explained so much to me. It had so many questions due to first time being there. She helped me pick out a perfect birthday gift for an enthusiastic bird-loving friend. When I asked if they might have a box it would fit in, another employee said they likely did, and he went into the back room and came out with it immediately. After the sale, the sales clerk offered to carry my gift (a Downy Woodpecker House) out to my car, even though it was raining. I appreciated all the help & Kindness they showed to me. It was an all-around enjoyment to shop there.
