I like being able to call and place my order. Then, have it delivered free of charge to my house.

I appreciate the expertise, friendliness, variety of product and overall interest in helping birds. I wish I had a larger yard to have more feeders. You have such a nice assortment. But the cylinder and pole style feeders that I've had for years are still wonderful. I guess that makes the priciness less pricy when they last so long.

only complaint is we went on a Sunday and you were closed.

The staff is very knowledgeable and answers many of my bird questions. They know which seat to buy for which season and what feeder to use to attract certain birds and what fee to put in those feeders. Never been disappointed. I also love the bird videos that are displayed in the store.
