The staff gave me ideas about feeding and birds that I did not know. Also, a really really big help was the opportunity to schedule an appointment to have a WBU employee come to my place and help me with my bird feeder poles, baffles, birdhouse.

The store is well stocked with supplies but I enjoy the shopping experience because of the staff. They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Half the fun is just hearing the other customers sharing their stories. I also appreciate that my membership actually gives me money off on items I want - quality birdseed. I truly do walk away with a smile on my face.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received when I came into this store. The gentleman by the name of Doc who helped me out was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The other people that were in the store working were friendly as well, I definitely had a very good experience at this establishment and will be back again.
