I went in looking for a Bluebird Nesting House. The gentleman who helped me was just that very helpful… he asked me several questions and explained how I should get a roosting house for this season and to put up the actual nesting house in March. He not only explained all of this but he also was kind enough to to get the nesting and roosting houses put together all the pieces and parts… this was a gift to my husband for his birthday,…my husband loves the houses. Thank you

Staff told me a smaller tray was needed not to break my feeder. I ordered online, so it was great they understood my order and brought the issue to me. Great customer service.

I have shopped at Wild Birds Unlimited on Sawmill Road for over 4 years. The staff has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate it when my merchandise is taken to my car.

They had the bird seed I wanted. I did not have to wait to be helped and they moved it to my car.

I wish I remembered his name, but the salesperson who helped me was amazing and an absolute delight. He helped me get the bird bath holder I wanted, and he packaged up my birdseed cylinders and loaded them in my van. Even if he hadn’t done that, he is a funny, welcoming person and I hope I see him the next time I’m there! The gentleman who helped me at the register was also friendly and helpful.
