I love my store like I love my birdies and squirrels. I know that they are always going to help when I need it, they sell high quality items for me to spoil my local critters, and they either deliver it quickly or carry it to my car (if I do in store). My local store is the best.

Everyone is so personable and patient no matter how many questions I have. I never feel rushed and I thoroughly appreciate they’re attention to detail. My boyfriend is super introverted and usually waves off any anyone who approaches him in a store but even he said he feels comfortable there! That’s a huge compliment coming from him and gives me such relief I cannot put into words.

The women who helped me was very knowledgeable and efficient . My son is autistic and makes loud noises. Everyone was extremely friendly and that is not always the case
