Doc at my local store on Sawmill was so sweet, funny and knowledgeable! Could have talked about birds forever. Knew how to address my specific issue and offered some great solutions.

I needed a lot of time to look over the options for setting up a new feeding station on my elevated deck. The store associate answered all my questions and explained how all the pieces could be used. I had all the time I needed to handle things and figure out what I wanted. Then when checking out she told me that I could return any pieces if I wasn’t satisfied once I set things up. Great experience and I got the new station started.

Had a question and Doc solved it. Ended up buying lots of stuff, joined the club and got a book which i have enjoyed. Will be back soon to purchase more stuff.

Over the years I have always looked forward to shopping with Wild Birds Unlimited. The staff are very helpful when I have question and when I come in and pick what I need off the shelves. No one has tried to "push another item." I believe the staff are well qualified to answer my questions as a result, I am a are more knowledgeable shopper. I appreciate the mailed discounts available. At times I wonder, as a retired person, if I can keep up with the higher prices not just at WF but other places. This is my issue, not yours, because what you have is high quality. Thanks for asking.
