Always had positive, energetic and engaging staff! This visit was the exact opposite. One employee, which we have never seen before was very rude. No one greeted us. After paying it was awkward as we waited for our bird food, as it has always been put on the cart to take to our car. No one moved! So my husband just grabbed it and took to the car. They were not interested in helping. We have been coming to this store for over 20 years and have always loved the visit. If this continues, we will go somewhere else! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. The new older lady needs fired!

The web site said my membership had lapsed. I thought that seemed wrong but didn't have time to deal with it so I ordered. Your store called to query the purchase of membership when I already had membership. They said that your computer system would not allow the store staff to reverse the membership charge but they would attempt to get t reversed. I am still waiting.

The use of plastics in your products particularly for the packaging of bird seed. Environmental groups including Audubon have noted how plastics negatively effect the environment, animal habitat, and health of wild animals. Unfortunately the commercial interests and factors allow the proliferation of plastic packaging. This must stop.

Three employees behind the counter. Was not greeted, or asked if I needed help. I got my stuff and walked up to be checked out. The cashier said only the minimum and I left. No thank you or anything. The owner would have been furious that is not normal for this store.

Even though all state and federal mandates had been cancelled, I was asked to wear a mask or leave the store (which I did). I enthusiastically supported your small business for the past year even though I could get my birdseed somewhere less expensive. I will now look for other stores to buy my bird products.

This survey doesn't have the right questions for the current store policy. I came to the store and though I could come inside. I gave her my order IN Person, not phone, or online. I wasn't able to come into the store. I realize you need to that to keep us all as safe as possible. I would have liked to be able to see a picture of all of the choices/discriptions available of the round pressed seeds, red pepper and otherwise. I do realize "This too shall pass" and miss experiencing the ambience of your delightful store.

I received excellent service on the phone. The delivery was made the same day as my order. The merchandise was left exactly where I had asked that it be placed.
