This has been my third visit that I've not been able to get the woodpecker cylinder food.The woodpeckers are my favorite birds and that cylinder is a bit more affordable. (or at least it was) All bird food a bit more expensive.

I told the two young girls who were working that my feeder was broken and I was looking for a new one. I thought that WBU feeders had a lifetime guarantee, but they did not offer to look at it and said nothing so I assume there is no longer a guarantee. Is that so?

During pandemic could not go in and items weren’t good on web page So I bought from Amazon and it was delivered not much price difference

I was satisfied, but not highly satisfied because I'm tired of businesses not going back to normal and would rather be allowed to go into the store to shop. i don't like shopping online. I like to see what I'm buying in person first.

The seed we purchased at the associate's suggestion has attracted big ugly black birds which have chased away the goldfinches and cardinals that used to come to our feeders. When you pay top dollar for feed rather than going to a big box store, the associate knowledge should be at worse neutral and not negative

I think they should have their showroom open for people who want to look and select what they want. The ability to go inside the store and look at the merchandise is what set them apart and ahead of other places to purchase bird food.
