Surprised that 15% discount did not cover seeds

I noticed every other shopper in the store was being greeted and asked if they had questions needed help, but for some odd reason I was not, even though I spent a considerable amount of time looking at one item (squirrel proof feeders) and would have appreciated being able to ask questions.

I asked staff about product for feeding woodpeckers and they failed to mention some of the products I later read about in the brochure. They need to realize not every customer is familiar with their products
