Came in with lots of questions. Associated was able to answer them all and recommend products I was looking for to attract more birds to my backyard.

The staff is always friendly, greets me when I walk in, offer to help me. I know the products are superior. The store has all kinds of neat stuff.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who checked records to make sure I got the correct items and took the items to my van and loaded it in.

Staff was able to provide rubber feet to replace those on a feeder pole arm that were worn out. She was also able to replace some plastic pieces on a suet feeder that squirrels had chewed through, while I waited. Excellent service.

Great staff. Very helpful. Love the fiery hot bird bells.
