Tried to order online, website was down. Called the store, vm said someone would call me back. No one ever did so I just drove to the store.

I had a coupon for money off, but since it had to be delivered, the cost was offset by the price of the delivery. Would have preferred to save the money with curbside pickup, but the store was not accepting curbside at that time. Understood it is during a pandemic.

I couldn’t pick it on this survey because you didn’t give the option. I just did a walk up, did not have an online order. However the clerk speedily looked up my previous order and got what I needed.

I walked up to the window set up outside the store. I did not place my order over the phone or online. The clerk (female) helped me as a walk up. Very nice. Friendly. Helpful

I wanted to go into the store but was not allowed. I had to place my order at an open window at the store and pulled up front to take delivery. I probably would have spent more had I been able to enter the strore.

All products work well for my needs. All workers are knowledgeable and helpful. Wish I could come into your store to shop and look at all products.
