We had a coupon for free seed. It did not say it was only certain seed but they gave us the price toward the pepper seed we wanted to ward off the chipmonks. Unfortuately no birds are eating it. Guess it isn't any good. That feeder always had birds on it.

Just because the larger sized bags aren’t available. And, the hassle with coupons and tax making you think you have enough for free shipping but then you don’t...back and forth are not fun.

I received my coupon in the mail later that day...I wish somehow they can see that on their end on computer so they could offer me the coupon then...I didn't want to drive back over there to get an adjustment...too bad they can't tell you while you are there

The waiting at curbside and not knowing what to do in the cold weather is kind of frustrating on that corner off the sawmill and then not being able to see all the merchandise that you have there through the windows felt varied hurried

product packaging and availability.

Going between categories of products on the web store seemed to require a lot of clicks, I felt like I might not be seeing everything. It is not a big problem.

I was disappointed that Customers were not allowed to enter the store. I looked forward to looking around and would have purchased more if that choice was available. I just couldn’t get a good look at the merchandise. That being said, the staff that helped me at the window were extremely helpful and friendly and they did their best to help me in that situation.

Delivery driver wore no mask more gloves she held packages close to her chest (because heavy) and breathed all over them. As a Medical family we expect Wild Birds to do a bit better safety wise to ensure you aren’t contributing to the spread of covid.
