The cost of feeding our feathered friends is getting expensive. As a retiree on a fixed income, I don't know if I will be able to continue to purchase from Wild Birds Unlimited.

I actually went in looking for outdoor flags of birds/springtime flags but there were none. Overall, I enjoyed the store, the staff was great. I became a member. Hope to learn something new through your store.

The price of the no mess feed keeps going up, BUT this is probably just like the price going up on food, etc. INFLATION!

The staff is too quick to offer help. I’d like a few minutes to look around and browse, not feel pressured to immediately make my birdseed purchase.

The employee was almost too helpful. I said I was good to go and he kept talking and offering suggestions. I had to again two more times say I was satisfied with items and wanted to check out.

I purchased a bird feeder several years ago and was told that if any parts need to be replaced that for the life of the feeder it would be at no cost. I came in with a broken plexiglass panel and one that was cracked from age and possibly raccoon. I was told that the company is no longer honoring the lifetime parts replacement and would need to purchase the plexiglass panels. This was disappointing because the feeder was expensive but could justify the expense because of the warranty at the time of purchase.

The staff on that visit were not the most friendly.

Wanted to find a house sparrow "halo" or "magic circle" that helps to deter them from devouring my expensive WBU feed. Nothing like this at your store - so I had to make my own. Girl at the register had no idea what I was talking about (not a big deal but I was optimistic she would be able to offer some other ideas). She also didn't know the diameter of the roosting houses I purchased. Really, really hoping they don't turn into a sparrow hotel...

Bought hot pepper products to “feed the birds and not the squirrels.” We must have different squirrels than what you tested this on since it doesn’t stop them from eating the cylinder, suet and seed! We live in a forest so no baffles would stop the acrobatic squirrels from getting these. Disappointed that WBU sells something that’s ineffective.
