Staff member greeted me by name even though he had been on a leave of absence to work at a metro park all summer. He had only waited on me a couple times before, but I was impressed he remembered me, then guided me to the best values

Plus when I needed some help with my feeder Doc was incredibly helpful. As he’s always been through the years. The entire staff is great. So pleasant and so knowledgeable. It’s a pleasure to visit there.

I am always treated with a friendly, smiling face. If I am having problems or have a questions I receive suggestions and answers. I know the merchandise is of excellent quality. I am always offered help to my car with heavy or multiple bags.

I have been in the store several times. The employees are always knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is laid out where you can obtain the merchandise you want easily. The checkout procedures are efficient. I have recommended your store to family and friends. They have become frequent flyers as well.

I bought the sunflower chips (select) no mess. The people working in the store assured me that my blue birds, cardinals, blue jays and woodpeckers would love this. The feeder is still full after putting it out 5 days ago. None of the birds are attracted to it. $50.00 worth of bird food that won’t get eaten..
