The quality of the merchandise is very good. They never seem to be out of stock. The people are very knowledgeable. The prices are a little high, but if I take advantage of the frequent sales and use the member program it is not so bad.

The staff is fun. The vibe is pleasant, from calming to silly, depending on the crowd size and the staff on hand. The products are high quality. And because they have been chosen with the well being of birds in mind, shopping is a lot easier, because there is no worry about purchasing something that won’t be safe or effective (unlike shopping at a place that carries bird stuff but doesn’t specialize in birds). And talking birds with others—staff and fellow customers alike—is priceless. It’s fun to be part of this community, and I am always happy to find a reason to return to the store!

Everyone is friendly and happy to help. They are very knowledgeable when I ask questions. Someone always offers assistance getting my purchases to my car.
