This store is the only place I will go to purchase outdoor life supplies. EVERYONE there is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The products are very high quality as well - I may spend a bit more, but it's more than worth it because there is little to no waste from my feeders. I tell everyone who feeds birds about this store.

The people working there are very welcoming and super helpful. They always greet each customer who enters the store. They ask if I need help right away. They offer information on any product. They enjoy sharingobservations of the live video feed.

I have been a regular customer at this WBU store for over eight-years. During this time I have found each staff member I have interacted with to be extremely helpful, friendly and customer-oriented. I have never consider purchasing bird-related products from any other store because of my high level of satisfaction. I also enjoy the bird and nature hikes they provide and lead.

We were greeted by a staff member when we walked in the door. I enjoyed looking at the merchandise. I was pleased to buy a Christmas ornament of a titmouse. The staff member helped us out to the car with our merchandise.
