The staff is always friendly and helpful. Since I shop there often they know me. There are often coupons and “Bird Bucks” which help me afford the products. I can rely on the quality of the products sold, also.

I returned a damaged bird feeder that has a lifetime warranty. The staff person took just a few minutes to repair it and returned it to me very promptly.

I am ALWAYS greeted by name when I walk into this store. That tells me that my business means something to them. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and eager to please or answer any questions. Doc, in particular, is delightfully funny and friendly. If items are not available, there is always an accommodation given that makes up for any potential frustration. I wouldn't know how to find fault with this particular store.

The staff is friendly and always ready to help you. They have the products in stock. And they always ask if they can take the seed to your car.

The birds who visit our yard LOVE the log jammers suet plugs; although I have found these and suet cakes at lower prices elsewhere in the past, I appreciate that they are always available at your store (not always the case at other stores).

I have relied on the expertise of the sales people in this store for at least 20 years. I have blue bird boxes, owl boxes, a bat box hotel, and a purple martin hotel. I have seven different kinds of bird feeders which I fill almost daily. All of these bird products come from Wild Birds Unlimited. I collect bird bucks as often as possible. I like the quality of your products and the birds do too!

Customer Service is excellent and they have your past records what you buy in the past so I can purchase the correct type of seed I need. Enjoy talking to the Staff that brings great ideas on how to feed birds. Very informational
