The home delivery is wonderful, and if I’m home they’ll load it in the garage. On one delivery it was raining, and they enclosed each bag in weatherproof plastic!

Very attentive store employee, also very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a conversation about what problems I was having with squirrels and she was very helpful in advising how to better handle my birdfeeding.

Live in condo, rules do not allow feeding of birds but I enjoy watching hummingbirds. Your store has a nice selection of feeders that are not real large and I can somewhat hid them but still see the tiny birds. Had 3 hummingbirds within a few hours. Many thanks.

This is my very favorite bird/nature store. I enjoy looking around at the merchandise always something new. I live out of town so after the 30 mile trip I enjoy taking time to shop. I appreciate the fact that WBU has what I usually buy on record.

The staff were excellent in directing me to products that would fix problems I had with bird items that I had at home that needed fixed as well as showing me new products that I wasn't aware existed 😀
