Upon entering the store I am always greeted w a friendly acknowledgement. The staff has always been very knowledgeable about the products in the store and how certain items might be better to attract different species in dif times of year/seasons. The prices at WBU are a bit higher than at big box stores, but the quality is top notch and the variety in ways to feed the creatures I am trying to attract are much more varied. We love watching the birds on the dif size cylinders we purchased. Always enjoy my stop at WBU on sawmill in Columbus, Ohio.

The staff is always friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I often learn something new from the staff: a bird call on the P.A., recent sightings, bird watching events, etc. The store has a nice variety of merchandise. I have tried seed and suet from other sources. The birds that visit my feeder NEVER eat these products as readily as the WBU products. I figure they're the experts.

The store had what I was looking for. I had bought a case of seed cylinders awhile ago and the birds were slow to eat it. Therefore, I hadn't been back to store for awhile. I learned that my Club membership had expired, which I hadn't realized. I renewed it.
