I am always greeted by name when I enter the store. That means they know and value my patronage. Beyond that, the staff is always extremely helpful. I leave with what I came there for, and occasionally a few things I didn't. But it's always a good experience. Doc, in particular, makes it a friendly and informative trip.

Love going in the store and having Doc help me. Always get fantastic personalized service. I always manage to find something I HAVE to have that I never knew I needed.

These are the most knowledgeable, helpful, and patient people one could imagine. Their attitude has turned me from an eager bird-idiot into a committed host to birds. They never make me feel anything but welcome, in spite of my (admitted) lack of bird lore. It's just the perfect way to encourage repeat business (I'm hooked, even though they moved to a less convenient location) and also to care for the birds in the area. I can tell these folks really know and care what they are talking about.

I have purchased bird seed in other stores and I'm always disappointed. At Wild Birds, the quality is so much better. The staff is always friendly and helpful and there's always something new and unique.

The store is always well stocked, organized and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Merchandise is high quality and usually fairly priced. They even carry the heavy bags of bird seed to your car!
