The staff shared their knowledge of the merchandise and assisted me in carting heavy loads to my car. Very helpful and easy to talk to. Friendly and respectful and gave a lift to my day.

Doc is very friendly. Actually all staff are very friendly, and always willing to carry out product to car. Recently bought a product, for birds, at a "non bird" store, it was actually infested with worms! Needless to say, I only buy my bird food at WBU.

customer service is excellent there!! They are willing and able to give good advice and are so knowledgeable. The young man who helped me put the picture I purchased into a frame I purchased. He offered to do that on his own! And he offered gift bags for my gift purchases allowing me to select the bags I wanted. And he offered to remove the price tags from my gift purchases as well. He brought my purchases to my car - which is what they always do there. It's just an awesome store!!

I was able to get advice on the best products for my feeders. I also got information on attracting bluebirds to my backyard. The sales associate was very helpful, as always.

The staff always greets me when I enter the store and is always available to help me pick the best items for my birds. They are always able to chat about the birds and give tips to lure birds to the feeders. Best of all they cheerfully take my purchases to the car and the products I buy are ALWAYS in stock. Love the bird bucks rewards because I spend a lot on my outdoor feathered creatures....plus a few squirrels and a bad raccoon.
