The staff is really great. You would expect 1, maybe 2 employees there at a time given how small the store is but ever time i go, there's like 4 people there. Doc went over some different things i could try in the spring to try to attract some new and different birds and i really appreciated his help.

I had a feeder under warranty that a squirrel had damaged. They replaced a couple of parts on the feeder for free and recommended some other steps I could take to discourage the squirrels. Everyone there is always very helpful and friendly.
