Very knowledgeable. Helpful. They accepted a return of a seed cylinder that had fungus growing on the seed. It was a sealed package Very understanding. Accommodating ! Much appreciated. Thank you !

The staff is ALWAYS so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store carries a such wide variety of different items that I usually buy more than intended. The curbside service works great anytime I go that route too.

The woman that helped was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. I had two items I was looking for and she navigated me to options that the Sawmill store had. Her level of customer service was high and I would be honored to work with her again.
