Every time we visit this store we are always welcomed so warmly. As beginners, we often have questions about various birds, their behavior, etc and the staff is always knowledgeable, enthusiatic, and willing to share information and tips! There has not been any questions that they could not answer! I am so impressed with how much they know! Great store!

I was greeted when I entered. Someone helped me right away. I checked out and someone had my stuff loaded on a cart and ready to take out by the time I had checked out.

Needed to get bird food my wife could carry. Chris showed us all the selections. Spoke to us about the availability of the products. He was helpful. Doc wheeled our purchases out to the car as we continued talking. Both Chris and Doc are wonderful people and great employees. They represent the best of WBU. Glad they’re there.

You get a quality product at a reasonable price and if I have a question about food for certain birds there is always someone who can give me the answer.
