As soon as you walk in, someone approaches you (in a nice way, not pushy) to offer help. The sales people REALLY know their stuff. The merchandise is BEAUTIFUL and great quality!

Excellent education and customer service for purchase of bird feeder and food. Doc helped with a solution to selecting the right feeder and accessories. He also installed the suet feeder to the new feeder while we waited which was a delightful surprise!

I have been buying bird food from this store for 20 years. Even though they moved their store farther from my home I still visit to purchase food. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and many are from the same family. The bird food really does attract a greater variety of birds to my yard and I know I am giving them good nutrition.

My questions about calcium along with meal worms for bluebirds was answered and problem easily solved by using nesting blend cylinders and adding a cage to my bell mealworm feeder. Also found a perfect birthday gift for a granddaughter - lavender butterfly suncatcher! Happy shopper today.
