Nice selection of products. Staff is always available to answer questions. Love the coupons sent in the mail. Looking forward to the day a video is available to purchase like the one you show in the stores of all the beautiful birds.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Staff is very friendly. Store layout allows for easy flow. There is a nice variety of product and gifts available. I love that the staff always has suggestions and recommendations.

Staff is always very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. They were particularly patient with my 92-year old mother-in-law who was deciding which bird-feeder and seeds to purchase. Multiple staff clearly explained the options. At checkout they carefully separated mom's purchases from ours, packaged them and brought them out to our car.
