Doc Jordan is always so kind and helpful when I come in to make a purchase. He seems to be able to sense when I'm a little confused or undecided and always asks great questions before he provides assistance to make sure he is helping the best way possible. I also enjoy the seasonal bird walks hosted by the local WBU. I only request to have a walk at Char Mar Ridge in Galena/Delaware County in the fall, since that is a great location but I need guidance when I am trying to find the birds I am hearing. Thanks Doc and WBU for being the best!
