You are so knowledgeable and can guide us to purchasing the correct supplies for our birds. The store is charming and an absolute delite to visit. Your location is so convenient and I love that you carry our orders out to our cars!

I have been a WBU customer for this store probably for the past 10 years or so. While I was a bit disappointed when they had to move from their original location, the fact that they keep a bit of nature by having bird feeders out front shows their dedication to our birds. I don't think I've ever had a problem with anything or anyone - to the contrary, they bend over backwards to make things right if I have a question or problem.

Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful when I visit the store, but today the gentleman (I can't remember his name!) that helped me cash out really went above and beyond. He was extremely kind and was very knowledgeable. I can't wait to shop here again soon!
