The people are wildly knowledgeable and so helpful. It's not shopping, it's learning to go to this store.

The store is always pleasant to visit. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always have good stock of the items I need and are of high quality.

Staff is always friendly and will try to answer any question. The seed is consistent so I know I will be able to get certain staples we use all the time, but maybe also see something new. I know I am pretty safe from pantry moths due to their good housekeeping practices! And I can also look for fun gifts there.

We can always find what we are looking for; we have never experienced a "We're out of that, sorry" response from this store. Staff always offer assistance and are knowledgable about birds and WBU products. This time, we even received advice about eliminating nuisance chipmunks from our yard -- and all of this with a smile and genuine interest. A wonderful experience.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They had exactwhat I needed. I was in and in about 10 minutes.

I always love talking with Doc..he has accurately helped me with sparrow problems, converting bluebird house into Wren house (which made me sad), but then told me next year about plans we can make to reopen the bluebird house safely. Never thought I'd be feeding birds/squirrels/chipmunks in my back yard, but I love it, and it's fun to share that when I come into the store. It makes my shopping much more than a monetary transaction, it's a few minutes of conversation that makes me feel more like a friend than simply a shopper.

I have always have had a good experience with shopping at your store. I have been coming to your store since you were on the river road. Love your place and all of your bird products.

The staff is always to help. They know their birds. This is the only place I buy my bird supplies. I'm always telling people about this store and the great staff.
