The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful in directing my purchase. At check out she explained the availability and benefits of becoming a member. I had a very low key yet rewarding experience with the staff and I am very happy with my purchase.

in preparation for winter and protecting the birds from predators was my main goal. this was answered. I feel I am taking care of the birds to the best of my ability. the Wild Birds staff was awesome in answering all my questions and providing options.

The staff helped me select a new feeder for my backyard. They were knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciated the assistance.

Since the early 1990's we have been customers. Not only have we received the highest quality bird feed and supplies but personal relationships have evolved that continue to this day with Doc and Donna especially. Every visit my husband David, during his 25 plus years of life found information, a receptive sharing of his bird photos and congenial talk of birds purchasing our supplies. I have continued that process and find that Doc and Chris and Donna are always eager to see me and recognize me. Excellent products from a warm 'gaggle' of owners, customer service persons and customers.

WBU has quality products,friendly staff and an inviting store. I Must have picky birds because if I ever try other seed (Lowe’s or Home Depot types), the birds don’t linger. WBU food attracts many different species and I really enjoy our our birdfeeder ( which we bought at their store too!).
