The staff folks are always ready to answer questions and give suggestions about feeding birds and the products available. It is absolutely a pleasure to visit the store and the reason I return again and again.

The product I needed was not on the shelf, the person in the store went to the back to get it. I had to replace a broken part and it was replaced no questions asked. The person we dealt with was very friendly and personable
