People are helpful and carry out to your car without asking. Birds love your seed🐦🕊🦅 also squirrels and deer.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, availability of wide variety, quality merchandise. However, visiting the store in such a congested location often is discouraging and requires that i make my visits less frequent.

Wild Birds Unlimited is one of my favorite shopping stops. The staff are great, I always find what I want, and it's just a fun store to wander around in. I kind of miss the outdoor area at the previous store, but the changing pot arrangement outside the door always gives me great ideas for my own yard.

My questions I had about a bluebird box, before I arrived, were answered. Useful information was obtained to enhance suet feeders. A new feeder that the brown creeper, who I don’t normally see at my feeders, was purchased. & the butter bark, which I’ve never offered to the birds.

I came in during the 25% off sale and although staff members were busy with many customers, they still quickly made time to assist me with my needs. I had questions about a piece of hardware for hanging a suet cage, and the staff member that assisted me provided excellent service. She even went the extra mile and fastened the hardware on the cage for me (I purchased both at the store). Great service! I can always count on the expertise and friendliness of staff here.

We've always been satisfied by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. They've helped us out numerous times with suggestions about feeders and new products. The lifetime warrantee on your feeders is a significant reason we continue to purchase WBU products.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable - I don't know anything about bird feeding and was buying stuff for my parents and they helped me find what I needed. Nice to find a store that is actually not only adequately staffed, but the staff actually know what they are talking about - this is so rare these days!!

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about the birds I wanted to attract to my feeder and made some great recommendations pertaining to the type of food I could use to help with this along with selecting food that sparrows were less fond of.
