What a delightful store this was!! The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They had a small line at checkout that moved quickly. I’ll definitely go back there soon.

Sales associates are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Store is well stocked and is easily accessible. A very positive shopping experience.

Second visit to store and same as our first visit found it to be an excellent experience. We live 90 miles away and have a daughter who lives in Columbus, so we will likely always stop at your store whenever in town. The help provided by the staff is just terrific ! Keep up the good work. We do not mind paying a bit more than your competition because of the great service we receive.

Your staff...Doc, Anna, and Anna Rose. I’m always treated by name and with a hug from Doc. Their knowledge is invaluable. I love coming into the store. Will even stop in to say “Hi” if I’m in the area. Even if I don’t need anything.

This store is a community resource for information and supplies to enjoy nature. We appreciate all they do to promote and suppport the Sawmill Wetlands. Their staff and quality products make it the only place I go for seed and I often refer others.
