Wild Birds Unlimited

I've been purchasing from this WBU store for at least 10 years. Everyone is always welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. However, I have one much larger concern that is not related to the store. Currently most of your seed products come in plastic bags. Given the plastics pollution crisis, I'm wondering if you have any plans to develop other forms of packaging that are more environmentally sound. This would seem especially important since the goal of the company and all of its customers should be to reduce environmental impacts in support of birds. Thank you for considering this.

I just like WBU. Not sure what else to say. The workers are friendly and for me that's worth the extra price of the seed/food.

The staff, store and product are high quality. Staff friendly knowlegable and helpful. Quick service. Birds and squirrels are happy with the product. Store always clean and neat, easy access.

It is always a high quality experience. I have had specific issues with feeders being cleaned out by squirrels and deer and staff has worked with me to try different things to “outsmart” them. I have had feeders occasionally break and used the Wild Birds guarantee to repair or replace.

I have shopped at the WBU store on Sawmill Road in Dublin for several years now and I have always received quick, expert assistance. Additionally, the quality of the merchanise is high and materials, to include bird food, is top line.

Mindy was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. We were impressed with the selection of products. Clean, bright, and well stocked store.

I love this store. I wish that you would start carrying Metal Birds they are really unique art. I love your store I just only need to visit 2-3 times a year. I tend not to feed the birds in the summer. You could also expand by somehow reccomending plants/bushes that feed birds.

As I entered the store I was greeted by a friendly face. I knew what I wanted and was able to describe each item to the employee. We quickly rang things up quickly and he helped take the items out to the car.

They know me, know what I need, ring up, then off we go!!!

Very friendly place. Good merchandise. Easy to get to and from.
