Doc was working and we always enjoy seeing and talking with him. He's very honest about the products, which ones do better than others and are the best bang for my buck, which not all employees do or do well. I've wasted good money buying products that don't work, after specifically addressing my issues (like raccoons to only sell me a squirrel baffle and not a racoon baffle to stop them). Overall, the employees in this store are very, very helpful and cheerful. It's fun to be in the store because of them.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgable and addressed our specific needs, not just general scenarios. Willingness of salesperson to present less costly alternatives to meet our needs was very much appreciated. Overall this was a very good experience and will return frequently.

Mindy was knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. After I got home I discovered I couldn’t get the WBU stickers off two items I bought. I called the store and “Doc” asked me to bring in the items and he would take of it! Great service!
