The staff are knowledgeable and always helpful.

First, we were greeted cheerfully but without pressure. Second, this was our first visit to this store. We had years of a happy relationship in our former locale, but this store is laid out a bit differently and also a bit smaller in size and scope. When it became obvious the store layout was new to us, assistance was offered in finding the right food for local birds. Third, we were spoiled with up-front rewards for starting a new "card" at this store. Lovely way to treat your customers!
