Staff kindly explained any questions I had on the phone. Staff friendly as always. Delivered in timely manner. When delivery was made at door. Nicely packaged. (I noticed driver respected social distancing and was walking toward car) - we waived to each other and wished each other a good weekend.

Super quick service, I had an extra request for more bran for my meal worms that I bought the week before and it was written on the receipt so they wouldn’t forget and delivered and I love that the employees know who you are when you visit or call.

I found the products I was looking for. The phone saleswoman was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also recommended an item useful to me so I bought it. The items were delivered to my front door the next day.

I got exactly what I ordered, two days earlier than expected--and it was perfect timing as my mealworm supply ran out that very day. The next morning, all the bluebirds were totally blissfully unaware how close they came to missing breakfast!

My birds love your seed and suet. Since buying this order I have seen bluebirds, catbirds, and grosbeaks. Love that the squirrels stay away from hot suet! Thanks for the delivery!

I wasn't sure if the order would be shipped but I suggested I could pick it up curbside. But the order was delivered within a couple of days.
