Ordering on-line was overall easy. It would have been nice to see my history of previous purchases. I could not remember which seed blend I usually purchased. The only suggestion is to have a place to redeem savings club cash register receipts via the on-line ordering system.

I have always been highly satisfied with the products and service that I receive at my local (Dublin) WBU. The staff is friendly, available and knowledgeable. They know me by name and always welcome me with a warm smile and personal greeting. The selection of products is high quality, but it's the people who bring me back.

I had been a long-standing WBU customer in another state. Finding a store as friendly and helpful as the one I left behind means I happily remain a WBU customer.

I put in Nextdoor Online site: Wild Birds Unlimited on Sawmill Rd is now doing curbside pick up and delivery. You can order online or call the store. Great business and great people! They also sell a wonderful bird feeder that has a lifetime warranty! Replacements-no receipt necessary. You can add a metal cone that keeps the squirrels away. Your feathered friends will love you!

Got everything I need and order was ready in an hour or so. Plus I got a free Bird Book when I rejoin my yearly membership. This is one of my favorite stores.

1. Easy 2. Quick 3. Accurate I called and left a message in the morning regarding my need for more bird seed. In the early afternoon I received a call back. The person I spoke to had my history in front of her so when I wasn't sure about what I needed (I was outside at the time of the call so I had to return to my office to find the list) she was able to prompt me and had remembered 4 of the 5 bags I needed by the time I reached the list. The seed arrived at about 4:30 that afternoon. It was exactly what I asked for and it was placed on our front porch before I realized it had arrived. Great job!
