1. knowledgeable advice on the phone to help find things on line. 2. I live a distance from the store (Grove City), so have loved the home delivery long before the store had to close. 3. I appreciate the good advice on any bird topic in person and on the phone. 4. My only disappointment has been the cedar small bird feeder which is supposed to keep starlings out. It was expensive, the starlings could still reach even the minimal amount of food on the bottom, and I only saw a wren figure it out a couple of times. Your advice to tape the side holes kept the starlings out, but still nobody else came.

People are always friendly and helpful. I like all the products I buy. It is very convenient the sway the store has set up our buying with the way things are at this time. Thx

They had the product I wanted. The phone order was easy. Pick up was fast and friendly.

The ease if it. It was easy to place order, it was ready for pick up so fast, and the curbside pickup was fast, friendly, and so easy. It was so nice to be able to do something so easy in this time of chaos. Usually when you do curbside pickup items are not available but that was not the case. Especially when your trying to take care of our feathered friends it's nice to know that others have the same interest and want to help. Thank you guys so much for being there! I know all our birds really appreciate it!!!🐦🐦
